Members of the first board of the Elema Fund Foundation are the sister and brothers of Riekje:
• Dieuwer Elema, Chair
• Matthé Elema, Secretary/Treasurer
• Aldert Elema, Member
• Evert Elema, Member.

The board operates on an unpaid basis. The Foundation will not provide any board member with financial compensation for their activities. Only expenses incurred for and at the request of the board may be eligible for reimbursement.

The Elema Fund Foundation is an officially recognized ANBI institution.
